Inside the Building

Direct access to the truck berth via a separate rampway with upper and lower sections. With ceiling, work can be done even in rainy weather.

Equipped with a 1.0 m high loading berth compatible with 10-ton container trucks

BCP Measurement

Emergency power generator

  • The facility has a fuel tank with a capacity of approximately 6,000
    liters, with an emergency generator able to supply power to the
    common area and some private areas for 72 hours.

Earthquake countermeasures

  • PCaPC construction is used to ensure high quality- excellent
    durability- earthquake resistance.
  • Seismic isolation devices made of laminated rubber are installed in the building‘s foundations. This reduces the vibration of the
    building even a major earthquake occurs, minimizing damage to
    the building and warehouses.
